The Camino Ingles Guided Tour takes pilgrims to Ferrol, in Galicia, to walk this historic Camino de Santiago route, joining a friendly guided group.

This was the traditional route taken by pilgrims travelling to Santiago from the British Isles and Ireland, hence its name. Pilgrims would typically travel by boat and land in Ferrol or A Coruña to continue their pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela on foot.

You will be staying in the small port city of Ferrol for the first few nights, where you can enjoy views of the Bay. The Camino Ingles takes in some charming fishing villages, hamlets and towns such as Pontedeume with its iconic tower and Betanzos with its beautiful cobbled Old Town. The trail offers great views of the coast and also of the lush countryside, combining forest tracks and country tracks with tarmac lanes across small Galician villages.

Make sure you stamp your pilgrim passport along the way to get your Compostela certificate in Santiago.
