Marketing Executive - Concorde Travel 
Concorde Travel is one of Ireland’s most established Tour Operators, specialising in European package holidays to Croatia, Montenegro, Malta, Cyprus and the Lisbon Coast. It is the dedicated sun holiday branch of the Joe Walsh Tours group.

Overview:
Concorde Travel is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Dublin city centre based team. This is a standalone marketing role that will see you play a critical role in the execution of all marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as strong communication and organisation skills.

Reporting to:
The company Manager.

Responsibilities:
• Strategy Planning & Management: working with various tourism boards to develop marketing strategies, managing budgets and implementing planned activities.
• Digital marketing: Google Adword and Analytics management, email marketing, website content management and social media management.
• Event Management: organising destination weddings for clients – dealing with enquiries and liaising with stakeholders to organise the events.
• Design: use of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign to create promotional materials and collaborating with designers.
• Marketing Communications: managing brochures (design, print, storage & distribution), organising print advertising and writing copy for advertising, PR articles, online channels and brochures.
• Marketing Research & Reporting: researching the best offers for daily online marketing, reporting on KPI’s and meeting deadlines to provide reports to Tourism Boards.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills – ability to prioritise and multi-task
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Self-motivated and resourceful
• An excellent understanding of both digital and traditional marketing techniques
• Advanced MS Word/Excel, email skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Constant Contact, Google Adwords/Analytics and website CMS experience would be an advantage)
